Mark Simic and Stephen Allan are co-founders of SebCat Digital agency, a leading web design and search engine optimisation business that they started in Brisbane but now services the Central Queensland and Widebay Regions. Mark Simic brings over 20 years of experience in Information Technology to SebCat Digital, from a front-end user of complex systems through to delivery of complicated and complex IT systems and platforms in the quality assurance space.
Prior to founding SebCat Digital, Mark started his IT career with the federal government as a client support officer. Mark’s ability to learn the new systems quickly allowed him to move into the IT space quickly as a software test analyst.
Mark has spent the past 15 years as an independent consultant for many organisations, including the following:
- Suncorp
- Bank of Qld
- Virgin Blue / Virgin Australia
- Flight Centre
- Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal
- Qld State Government – Qld Police, Department of Justice, Child Safety
- Federal Government – Centrelink, ATO, Human Services
Mark has achieved his Graduate Certificate in Industry Computing and holds various industry certificates from his time as a Software Test Engineer.
Outside of building partnerships with other businesses, Mark spends his time at Agnes Water in Central Queensland. He is an avid gardener with a passion for Bromeliads, Palms, Hibiscus and Frangipanis.

Stephen Allan brings over 20 years of experience to Sebcat Digital Web Agency through his career in Information Technology as a system administrator and service desk lead.
Stephen understands the importance of ensuring technologies are optimised for user experience and with his technical knowledge is able to quickly troubleshoot issues and identify the appropriate fixes and implement these quickly. Stephen likes to spend time in the outdoors from the beach to the country on his 10 acres at Agnes Water on the Central Queensland Coast.
